# Payment Required

> Monthly credits are used up

## Reasons and How to Fix

### Monthly Credits Used Up

You've used all of your plan's credits for the current billing cycle. Every successful request costs 1 credit; failed requests (including this one) are not billed.

**To fix, do one of the following:**

1. **Top up** — buy extra credits at [dash.poof.bg](https://dash.poof.bg) (available on Pro and above). Top-up credits are valid until the end of the current cycle.
2. **Enable Auto Recharge** — in **Billing** settings, turn on Auto Recharge so a top-up is bought automatically when you reach a chosen fraction of your plan limit.
3. **Upgrade** — move to a plan with a larger monthly allocation.
4. **Wait for the cycle reset** — your monthly credits are restored at the start of the next billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over.

## Check Your Usage

Use the `/me` endpoint to compare `usedCredits` with `maxCredits`. This endpoint is free and not rate limited:
